We camped at this lovely spot close to Port Neill on the Eyre Peninsula. Carrow is a local Aboriginal word for water soaks. Later, colonialists took advantage of the underground water, building a windmill that still stands today. Relics of the past are still there including old water pumps and a water cart. I was drawn to the uncomplicated shapes of the low bushes close to the beach and the stunning turquoise waters in the distance.
